You can also track your order on the DHL and DPD website. You'll receive a notification when your shipment is out for delivery.

How does satisfaction guarantee work?

For customers who purchased a device through our webshop, we offer a 14-day satisfaction guarantee from the delivery date, allowing you to try it risk-free. The 14-day satisfaction guarantee applies only to purchases made in our webshop. If you bought your device elsewhere, please contact the place of purchase for return instructions.

To be eligible for a refund, returns must include all items from your original order (if applicable). For security reasons, refunds can only be issued to the original payment method and payee.

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer support team  within 7 days after receiving a product ( support@sidek.pl) immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund and provide instructions on how to return the item.
